Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
The cancellation must be made in writing only, via email to delicverail@gmail.com.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and without any damage, defect, or flaw of any kind.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-refundable items include:

• Custom or personalized items.
• UnderWear.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees unless the return was due to our error.

Order Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at delicverail@gmail.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request if the product has already been packed and handed over to the shipping provider.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer domestic and international shipping. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation. Shipping time depends on your location:

• Israel: Home Delivery: 2–5 business days / Post Delivery 4-14 business days.
• International: 5–21 business days (varies by country).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

If your order is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in locating the package or processing a replacement/refund if applicable.

Product Warranty & Responsibility

We take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at delicverail@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue.

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Items damaged during shipping.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Color fading or material changes due to improper washing or exposure to harsh conditions.

If an item is eligible for warranty, we will offer a replacement or refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delicvera shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may result from the use of this website, its services, or any products purchased through it.
